Please send your completed order form, along with your payment to the address above. Please do not send cash.

How to pay

By Credit or debit card

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro or Delta. Please have your card ready when you place your order.

By Cheque

Please write your home address, cheque card details on the back of your cheque.

Customer Service

We are happy to advise you about which products will be right for you just telephone 01373 834893 with any queries you may have.
Data Protection

We will contact you from time to time to let you know what's going on at the farm. We will NOT pass on your details to any other organisation. If you prefer not to be contacted by us please email enquiries@somersetlavender.com and let us know.
Delivery

We will deliver to any address in the UK. We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days of receipt, subject to seasonal variation. Standard delivery by Royal Mail.

Out of stock items

If you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order. Please call us on 01373 834893 to arrange an exchange or refund.

Kindly return the unopened items within 28 days of purchase, in its original packaging with a copy of the delivery note or receipt to:
