Stoeachs Varieties - Lavender with ears!

These varieties like similar soil conditions to Lavandula Angustifolia although in the wild they will often grow in acid soil which they will tolerate better than their lime-loving cousins. They have such a long flowering period that it is difficult to know when to prune them, but generally September is a good time to cut them back by one third. If more flowers come, they can be dead-headed as and when required.

Our lavenders are three to four inches tall and are sold in 9cm pots. Some larger specimen plants are also available.
